The Boston Chapter of the IUAA is hosting its fifth annual football tailgate Saturday, Sept. 8 ... but this time with a twist. The chapter gets to welcome the Indiana squad to Boston for a rare East Coast appearance, as the University of Massachusetts hosts the Hoosiers at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., for its first Division I FBS game. The tailgate starts at noon, and kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
To celebrate the special occasion, the chapter is hosting this year's tailgate at Bar Louie, located just yards from the stadium. The chapter is also excited to present a special drawing at 2:30 p.m. for some fantastic IU prizes, including an autographed basketball from coach Tom Crean and an autographed football from coach Kevin Wilson.
Adult registration includes one ticket to the game in the alumni section, complimentary appetizers, complimentary Sam Adams beer (while supplies last) and entry to the drawing. Children (18 and younger) will receive one ticket to the game and complimentary appetizers.
