Neal-Marshall Reunion XXI: Let’s Stay Together

Neal-Marshall Reunion
Everybody says, “Let’s stay together.” But everyone becomes too busy with careers and families. “Whether times were good or bad, happy or sad,” take a weekend to connect with your friends, fellow alumni, and IU. Let the Neal-Marshall Reunion XXI “be the one you come running to.”

The Neal-Marshall Alumni Club Board of Managers is putting together an entertaining, enriching weekend for you. Activities will include:
  • Neal-Marshall T.G.I.F. "Evening Groove" at Coaches Bar & Grill
  • Alumni/Student Empowerment Brunch and Networking Mentoring Sessions
  • Motown Soul Symposium with Dr. Charles Sykes, executive director of the African American Arts Institute. Dr. Sykes teaches the first academic course devoted to the study of Motown. Do the twist, the pony, the jerk, and more at a post-lecture Alumni Sock Hop!
Saturday Night Extravaganza
  • Comedian and political satirist W. Kamau Bell, star of FX's Totally Biased
  • Word of Mouth Productions, a professional adult theater company that describes itself as "a ministry anointed to entertain, inform, and inspire"
  • The Downstroke Band, an Indianapolis band that plays your favorite old-school R&B covers
  • Neal-Marshall Alumni Club National Meeting and Elections (optional)
  • Members, Staff, Neal-Marshall Board Members: $75
  • Nonmembers: $100
Early registration deadline is October 14. After October 14, cost increases by $10.
